The location was perfect, right in the middle between the beach and town. We loved the open deck with its stunning view and full kitchen. And being able to sit on the private sandy deck and watch the waves was incredible. The villa was well-stocked with everything we needed, and having access to beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas was a bonus. our experience was exceptional, and I would definitely recommend Casa Berita to others.

We were mesmerized by the sight of the fishermen and seabirds. The kitchenette was fully equipped with everything we needed, and having access to beach towels, chairs, and sun umbrellas was a huge bonus. The owners, Berita and Yuri, were incredibly helpful and accommodating, meeting us at the dock and assisting with our luggage. We truly felt supported by this local family.

The property isn't the easiest to access if you're arriving by water taxi from Puerto Vallarta, but the effort is well worth it once you experience the stunning views and peaceful surroundings. Additionally, credit cards are not accepted in Yelapa, so it's important to bring enough cash for meals and other expenses.

We had an amazing stay at Casa Berita Villa in Yelapa! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly hosts who arranged a taxi and personally guided us to our condo. The brand new building had a spacious open deck overlooking the ocean, where we enjoyed breathtaking views of the bay. The suite had comfortable bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and even air conditioning. We loved sitting on the private sandy deck, watching the sunrise and sunset while listening to the soothing sound of the waves. The location was perfect, with restaurants and small markets nearby. We will definitely be back!

The owner, Seniora Berita, and her daughter, Yuri, were extremely kind and accommodating, always available to help and answer any questions. They even arranged alternative payment methods for us, as no credit cards were accepted in town.
